Among Norway's smartest industrial companies - on Divako.
At Norsk Industri's annual conference on 12 May 2026, an industrial operation running on the Divako platform was named one of three finalists for Norges smarteste industribedrift 2026 - Norway's Smartest Industrial Company - alongside Elkem and Norsk Kylling. Elkem took the title on the night. Reaching the final three, in that company, is a milestone we're proud to share.
What the award is
Norges smarteste industribedrift is run by Norsk Industri and Siemens to find the sharpest players in Norwegian industry - companies that pair hard-won industrial know-how with smart, productive use of technology to stay competitive in a demanding international market. It is an award about putting data and automation to real work, on the factory floor and out in the field, rather than technology for its own sake.
Where Divako fits
The nomination went to Øwre-Johnsen, the industrial operation powered by Divako. Divako is the data layer underneath: it collects, decodes and harmonises sensor and meter data regardless of the hardware that produced it, raises alarms the moment something drifts out of normal, and pushes clean, trustworthy data straight into the systems that bill, plan and analyse. That is the part the jury was weighing - not a dashboard for its own sake, but software that measurably changes how an industrial business runs day to day.
Proud night. Inspiring companies. Onwards. - The Divako team
Thanks - and onwards
A genuine thank-you to Norsk Industri and Siemens for an event that celebrates Norwegian industry properly: real conversations, real ideas, and real respect for what each company is building. Being in that room, surrounded by the people shaping the future of Norwegian industry, is the kind of evening you remember.
It also caps a busy stretch - a launch in Poland, new municipal water rollouts across Norway, and now a place among the country's smartest industrial companies. Onwards.
Build on the same platform
Smart industry, measured in real work.
If you're putting sensor and meter data to work across an industrial operation, we'll show you what the platform does - no obligations.
