01 · Hardware
Bring any meter, sensor or gateway.
Divako isn't tied to a single manufacturer or device type. Our device library carries validated device profiles, payload parsers and alarm definitions for hundreds of meters and sensors – from LoRaWAN water meters to DLMS electricity meters and industrial Modbus sensors.
Starting a new project doesn't mean building every device integration from scratch: supported devices provision in minutes, and larger batches import in one go.

02 · Network
Operate every radio, from one console.
Not every device can be reached over a single radio technology. Divako runs LoRaWAN, wM-Bus and NB-IoT side by side: devices and readings from all of them land on the same platform and are managed through one console. Where no fixed network reaches, DriveBy collection feeds manually or vehicle-collected readings into the same data flow.
Gateway health, RSSI, packet loss and coverage gaps show up as alerts, not as 3am phone calls.

03 · Data processing
Every payload, one schema.
Different devices send data in dozens of formats. Inside the platform, nobody should have to care. Divako interprets every message against its device profile, checks the data for correctness, and converts the result into one unified data model – keeping the unit, timestamp, quality and other metadata with every measurement.
That's why trends, balancing, analysis and billing exports behave the same regardless of the manufacturer or technology behind the meter.

04 · Analyze
From readings to answers.
Divako doesn't stop at displaying readings. The platform continuously analyses the measurements for anomalies that can point to a leak, a burst, reverse flow or a meter drifting out of spec – and turns the problem into an alarm before bad data reaches billing or reports.
Analysis rules follow the specific device type and purpose: a DN15 apartment meter never gets the thresholds of a DN200 trunk main.

05 · Connections
Open APIs, native connectors.
The Divako UI runs on the same APIs available to your team and partners. REST for system-to-system queries, MQTT for real-time streams, webhooks for events, SFTP for larger file-based exchanges. APIs are versioned, documented and rate-limited, and the service is covered by an SLA.
Beyond the APIs, Divako ships ready-made connectors for common billing, SCADA, ERP and BI systems. If an external system needs metering data, Divako can deliver it over the right interface.
