For housing associations in Estonia

Korto integration. Readings ready for billing.

Keep billing in Korto. Divako collects water and heating data, handles consumption and allocation calculations, and sends the values your association needs for billing.

From meters to Korto, in four steps

The integration sends measurement values from Divako to Korto. For heating, Divako can prepare each apartment’s allocated heat before the results are used in billing.

  1. Meters

Compatible water meters and heat cost allocators send readings through the building’s gateways.

  2. Divako Core

Readings are linked to apartments. The board sees the building’s data and residents can follow their consumption in the mobile app.

  3. Calculations

Divako calculates consumption and heating allocation using the configured radiator factors and the association’s agreed allocation rules.

  4. Korto

Meter readings and calculated values flow into the billing process. Your association creates and manages its bills in Korto.

Getting your building connected

  1. Start with your association’s Korto account and the client ID used for its API connection.
  2. Match Divako’s meters and apartment groups to the apartments in Korto.
  3. Test the connection and check the readings and allocation rules before enabling live delivery.
  4. Choose daily delivery or monthly delivery on the last day of the month. Set the timezone and check the last delivery status and Korto response in Divako.

Keep compatible equipment. Choose what comes next.

Divako supports compatible devices from different manufacturers over wM-Bus and LoRaWAN. We check the meter model, radio module, available readings and building coverage before connecting it. The Tartu mnt 52 installation is one working example, not a requirement to buy the same equipment.

The platform is available on a pay-as-you-go basis without a long-term service commitment. We review equipment, installation needs and service pricing with you before starting.

Questions about the Korto integration

Do we keep creating bills in Korto?

Yes. This workflow uses Divako Core with the Korto integration. Divako Core collects readings and prepares consumption and heating allocation values; your association creates and manages its bills in Korto. Divako Settlement is not required.

Does an hourly overview mean Korto receives data every hour?

No. The consumption view and the Korto delivery schedule serve different purposes. Tartu mnt 52 has an hourly consumption overview in Divako; the Korto integration supports daily delivery or monthly delivery on the last day of the month. Available consumption detail depends on the meters and their reporting intervals.

Do all meters need to come from one manufacturer?

No. Divako can connect compatible meters and gateways from different manufacturers. We verify the exact models and the required data before onboarding.

Let’s check your building’s meters.

Email the building address, apartment count and meter models or photos of their labels. Tell us about any existing gateways and whether you already use Korto. We’ll explain what can connect and how to get the data into billing.
