For condominiums, housing associations and building operators, Divako turns per-apartment metering into a single reliable workflow. Cold water, hot water, heat and electricity all land in the same data model - and the resident portal turns it into numbers people can understand.

04 · Streetlights & smart city

Light Control Management - profiles, schedules and dimming for every street.

For cities and road authorities, Divako runs streetlight networks end to end. Build profiles in 16 switching slots, mix clock-based and astronomical rules (sunrise/sunset with offsets), and push schedules to thousands of luminaires through a single LoRaWAN multicast - one downlink per group, not one per device.

The platform watches every fixture in the background. Drift detection compares actual relay state against the expected schedule every 30 minutes; if a light is off when it should be on, Divako queues an immediate correction and, after repeated misses, automatically resends device setup. Operators see per-device sync status as colour-coded dots on the dashboard.

05 · Water networks & overflow

Leveling and overflow - wells, tanks, pump stations and wastewater.

For water utilities and wastewater operators, the network doesn't stop at the customer meter. Divako monitors levels in wells, tanks, reservoirs and pumping stations, and detects overflow events on combined sewers and storm outlets - all in the same dashboards as your consumption metering.

Set a four-tier threshold per device - HH (high-high), H, L and LL (low-low) - and the platform colour-codes status, fires alarms, and writes an event row for every overflow. Each event tracks start time, end time, duration and the threshold that triggered it; sparkline charts make the trend obvious at a glance.
