About Divako
Divako is a team that has spent decades around utilities, housing and industrial metering. The platform exists because our customers asked us to build it.
The team
Engineers, field installers, support, design and management - all working on the same SaaS, talking to the same customers, walking past the same coffee machine in Flatåsen.
We kept running the same project over and over. A utility would pick a meter vendor, a network vendor, an integration contractor and a billing system - and then spend the next two years duct-taping them together. The parsers were bespoke. The alerts were email threads. The billing export was a spreadsheet.
So we built the platform we kept building by hand. Divako is IoT metering with the glue already included - protocol-agnostic, vendor-neutral, and operated as a SaaS so you don't have to run it yourself.
What we believe
A short list, but a load-bearing one. They show up in the architecture, the contracts and how we answer the phone.
Device vendors come and go. Networks evolve. A platform that ties you to one protocol or one manufacturer is borrowing against your future - and charging interest. Divako is deliberately neutral. Mix LoRaWAN, wM-Bus, NB-IoT, Modbus and OPC UA. Switch a vendor without switching platforms.
Measurements, integrations, residents' consumption history - yours. We host it in European data centres, give you the APIs and the exports, and we won't hold your data hostage if you decide to leave. We don't plan to be the reason you stay.
We're deliberately a small team. That means direct access to the people who build the platform, no "customer success" layer between you and an answer, and most feature requests turning into pull requests within weeks.
Where we are
We work from offices in Oslo, Flatåsen and Tallinn. The platform runs in European cloud infrastructure, and the customer base spans the Nordics, the Baltics and the wider EU.
